About Us:

The Beaconsfield Society, a local amenity group needs your support to encourage residents to become actively involved in the community.

We review and comment on planning applications informing and challenging unsightly over development.

We take pride in our town organising litter picks, removal of unwanted signs and notices, planting bulbs and trees to beautify Beaconsfield.

We encourage exploration of the towns history and the lives of famous inhabitants by giving talks and visiting local historic buildings.

We inform the local community about activities in the town  We encourage not for profit organisations to take part in Beaconsfield Now, a showcase event taking place in May at the Rugby Club.  This event enables local organisations to inform, inspire and recruit residents to local charity, interest and caring groups.  Beaconsfield Now , social media and website, spreads the word about local events, and daily activities in and around Beaconsfield. Adverts about upcoming events are displayed on noticeboards by the railway bridge.  Historic information is displayed on new boards by WH Smith informing about famous people, buildings and history in Beaconsfield.

We need your help so we can continue to improve the appearance of Beaconsfield and the lives of all residents who live with in it

Thank you for your support and good luck!

Yours sincerely

Mrs Debra Marsden
